The storefront signs that identify most retail businesses contain individually lighted “Channel" Letters. But, realize that there are over 1,000 different ways to make them, and most "Sign Companies" can't manufacture the best of them.
North Texas' (DFW's) Largest Custom Sign Builder
Your major identity signage, your storefront sign in most cases, done properly, creates your opportunity to be successful. Once it does so it must maintain that image for years and years so you remain successful.
Your sign must provide you with enough of the right customers so you reach your break-even point when you sell them once they enter your establishment. (See "The Effect of Your Sign on the Success of Your Business" below.)
There is a big difference between what a successful dollar store's sign should look like, and what a doctor's should. An accident lawyer needs a different sign and image than a patent attorney should have. Do you want someone who installs car wraps, or prints posters, helping you make critical signage decisions?
We're identity signage specialists. We've created well over 100,000+ major identity signs. We sell our products wholesale, factory-direct, installed.
An effective sign, one that will help you succeed, is much more than just the message on it's face.
Summary - Channel Letter Signs In a Nutshell
Channel Letters are the sign type most landlords require for storefront signs in shopping centers.
Your business will be more successful if your sign stands out from your neighbor’s signs. (DON'T use the same colors as your neighbors!) But realize that once you put your unique sign up, the next new neighbor will probably copy you; therefore you must maximize your size and appearance so you aren’t upstaged.
What can we do to make your sign unique?
More is better!
Confused? You can see all these options in our Showroom (see details below.)
There are WELL OVER 1000 different channel letter sign "looks" available for your business sign. We manufacture all of them!
Here are just four different ways to build the same sign, each with its own "unique" look.
Front-Lit Channel Letters, Back-Lit Channel Letters, Reverse-Lit, Front and Back Lit, Halo Lit, Side Lit, First-Surface Lit, Infinity Edge™ Channel Letters, All Bright™ Letter Signs, Neon Lighted Channel Letters, LED Lighted Channel Letters, Triple-Tier Multi-Color Lighting™, Brighter Signs™ Lighting, LetterLites™ Spectralites™, 3-D Dimensional Lighting™, Unlit, Vinyl Overlays, Cloud Capsules, Raceway-Mounted, Wireway-Mounted, Flush-Mounted, Unlit Backplates, Internally Lighted Backplates, Backlit Backplates, Lighted Backplates with Backlighting, etc.
In the 1970s Channel Letter signs were the newest sign type, "the bomb." Today, a sign consisting of only channel letters is sub-standard for most businesses; dated. However many sign companies still want to sell you these simple channel letter signs. Be smarter than they are; think about the effect of your sign on YOUR business.
When Signs Manufacturing created the first CNC routed back plate for channel letter signs it was a game-changer for channel-letter signs. Today it is a must for a more-modern sign look, but many small sign companies still don't have the ability to supply them so they push the simpler sign.
Our Solarbrite- LED channel-letter lighting is over 5-times brighter than most signs. Again, our customers stand out. Signs Manufacturing- has always led with innovation to help our customers stand out from the crowd. But smaller sign companies can only obtain what their local sign-supply store sells.
Triple-Tier Multi-Colored Lighting- for channel letters is our latest innovation to help make your business more recognizable and memorable.
Infinity Edge Channel Letters are the most attractive, and the most expensive, channel letters made. (There are more details below.)
You have to see them! As you can imagine, it is pretty difficult to explain all of these options without you seeing them, especially because pictures don't do justice to lighting effects. That's why we developed our state-of-the-art sign Showroom. Let us know you're coming and we'll make sure a Sales Representative is here to help you and explain the different options, pricing, and more!
Letters manufactured by Signs Manufacturing™ are precision patterned by computer-controlled programmable cutters/plotters.
Installation patterns are prepared by computer also. They are printed full-size on paper to insure that letters and words are properly spaced from one-another when they are installed.
Metal letter backs, plastic letter faces, and backplates are cut using a computer-controlled router, insuring precision letters, which fit together perfectly.
Signs Manufacturing™ commissioned the development of a computer-controlled precision letter-forming machine; insuring that the sides of a metal letter EXACTLY match the computer-cut backs and faces, and that all bends are plumb. We were the first company IN THE WORLD to automate precision channel letter production!
The advantage to our customer is a better made AND a better looking product.
Virtually all of our metal and plastic cutting and forming equipment is computer controlled, insuring that the signs we make are precise.
Channel letter bases will be constructed of .063 or heavier aluminium (#3003, H14 - not "soft" aluminium like some companies use) for strength and to totally eliminate the potential for rusting.
Because hydraulic machines, not human hands, form our letters, we can use harder aluminium, creating a superior wind and hail resistant product.
These letters will be welded together; not screwed, stapled, or pop-riveted, to insure structural integrity. Many municipalities, and landlords, require welded letters.
All seams will be caulked to eliminate light leaks.
Drain holes will be added, as required by the National Electric Code, to eliminate the potential for water damage to the electrical components.
Signs Manufacturing invented the CNC-routed (formed) backplate for channel letters.
Unlike many companies, we route our plates from solid aluminium, for obvious reasons.
And, unlike virtually every competitor, when installing reverse-lighted channel letters on backplates we add an identical, vinyl, letter to the backplate behind each channel letter to enhance the reflectivity of the backlighting.
We also use special Signlux- Paints (click the "Paint Finishes" tab in left column) specially created just to increase the reflectivity of the light off of the painted backplate surface.
Come view backplates in our Showroom to fully appreciate another reason why our signs are so much more awesome than our competitors.
Don't paint your signs the same color(s) as your neighbors! Stand out. Don't accept the cookie-cutter colors so many competitors recommend probably because they don't have a paint booth and can only offer pre-painted metal colors! Are they recommending a color to you because it's the best for you, or because it's the best for them? You don't want to look like everyone else.
Can you name a successful business who's sign is not a distinctive color? Hard to do. Why? Psychologically a unique accent color increases your sign's appearance of success. If you want to be successful, appear successful. Interior designers are taught to use accent colors as a key feature of any "look" for this very important reason.
When deciding on letter colors, faces and returns, also consider which direction(s) the sign(s) will face.
Shadows from building elements and the letters/raceways themselves can dramatically affect the daytime readability of a channel letter sign unless you incorporate LetterLites™ faces.
For signs facing East, South or West consider using a backplate in a contrasting color, or LetterLites™ faces to break the effects of shadows.
We will help you with this important design decision, given the opportunity.
If your sign looks old and faded it will damage your business. AT&T gave the following advice to their Yellow Pages customers, "If business is slow, what does your sign look like?"
Are we sounding a false alarm that “…the sky is falling…” when we talk about protective coatings? Acadian Ambulance is having to replace their only-5-year-old $15,000+ signs. The accompanying picture was sent to us by Acadian. We're told the faces were originally green with a black fleur-de-lis. Now the signs internal LED lighting can hardly light the faces and they are "all blotchy". They say that their signs look bad both day and night. Buy carefully. ("Click" on the picture to enlarge.)
Of course competitors who use pre-painted metal because they don't have paint booths certainly are lying if they say that they protect their plastics "...just like Signs Manufacturing."
When our founder was very young he managed a supermarket, a grocery store.
He discovered that he could affect the store's business by simply turning -on- the store's signs on less-than-sunshiny days. Cloudy and/or rainy days would have a higher sales volume than bright days, IF HE REMEMBERED TO TURN THE SIGNS ON.
And with the tinted window glass so prevalent in the South it is often-times hard to tell if a business is even open.
These are lessons every business person should be aware of. And, with today's modern LED illuminated signage, it costs practically nothing to make your store really stand out!
What is the main reason our Sunburst™ LED outdoor digital signs increase a store-s business so dramatically? Lighted signs draw much more attention than unlighted signs, even during the day!
Because we recognize how important this is, we will now install automatic electronic lighting controls on every lighted channel letter sign we manufacture*, factory calibrated to turn the sign -on- and -off- at times when lighting will help you do more business. Over the past 40+ years, we have documented EXACTLY when channel letter-s lighting should be turned -on- to increase visibility on dark and/or rainy days, overcome shadows, and exactly when at dusk a sign should be turned -on.- The whole purpose of the sign, after all, is to attract attention to your business. We make your sign both more attention-getting AND more legible.
The setting varies for signs pointed East, West, North, or South, and varies for signs containing neon and/or LEDs. It also varies by how the sign was built.
Our automatic electronic lighting controls are installed not only to recognize light levels, but also to sense shadows making signs less legible, and turn -on- the internal lighting accordingly. Optimum settings are custom-set for every sign.
Another example of our doing everything we can to insure that our signs make your business the most successful. As far as we know, no other sign manufacturer does this, for free or otherwise, for their customers.
If possible, have your electrician also wire a time clock to control the power supplying your signs. The time clock should be set to keep the sign -off- at times they should never be lighted, say 2:30 AM to 5:30 AM, the rest of the time whether the sign is -on- or -off- should be determined by our automatic lighting controls. The power-supplies used for powering neon and LEDs last much longer when given a chance to cool down occasionally. Besides being wasteful, it increases service costs to leave them "on" 24/7. USE ELECTRICITY WISELY TO MAKE YOUR BUSINESS THE MOST VISIBLE, BUT CONSERVE ENERGY AND MONEY.
Recognize that Intermatic and Tork time clocks, used by most electricians, are not finely adjustable, and at certain times of the year dawn and dusk occur at quickly-varying times, gaining or losing over 15 minutes of daylight each week. If you only have a time clock controlling power to your signs, savvy business owners must reset their time clocks constantly and carefully, and manually override them to turn -on- their signs on dark days. Good luck getting your employees to do this religiously - THIS IS ALSO WHY WE INCLUDE CALIBRATED AUTOMATIC THERMAL LIGHTING CONTROLS ON EVERY OUTDOOR SIGN WE MANUFACTURE.* Incidentally, we DO NOT use photo cells or photo eyes. They are neither precise nor reliable.
Anecdotal data suggests that increased profits resulting from this feature alone more than pays for the entire cost of the sign EVERY YEAR.
Unconvinced of the importance to you? View our control system in operation, and our supporting testing, in our Sign Lighting Laboratory and Showroom. Then you can decide if you agree that this is a critically important improvement in signage effectiveness.
*Dependent on size and design. For instance, it is not possible to incorporate automatic electronic lighting controls in individual channel letters under 4 inches tall if they are being installed mounted directly on the wall with no raceway or wireway. But any size channel letters with raceways or wireways can incorporate automatic electronic lighting controls.
Knowing that our signs will be illuminated during the day we design our signs and lighting for daylight effectiveness; to take full advantage of our daytime lighting.
For instance, we pack backlighting to create a subtle glow during the day. If you are going to light a sign during the day the lighting better look good!
This is easier to accomplish because of our use of SolarBrite™ LongLife™ LEDs which are so much brighter than competitive LEDs.
If we didn-t use SolarBrite- LEDs we couldn-t design and build signs that offered such an advantage when compared to competing signs (your neighbor-s signs.) We aren-t wasting electricity; our signs draw more attention.
Human eyes are attracted to pulsing light; microsecond-long flashes so fast that the eye can-t -see- them.
During the brightest times of the day, when fully-lighting a sign won-t help the sign to stand-out, our signs internal lighting can pulse, making your * sign still attract more attention than any other sign. During lower-light-level times our SolarBrite- LEDs automatically illuminate the sign normally; which is designed to be sufficient to attract all the attention your location deserves (see above.)
This option-s availability is dependent on the signs size and design, and is only available on signs with Automatic Electronic Thermal Lighting Controls.
“We prosper because of our sign. Signs Manufacturing’s unique understanding of the use of colors and light both day and night causes our business to always be the most visible. No one else could work their magic!” – the 407 club
"Click" on tabs to the other components of a channel letter sign, listed down the left side of this page, to learn more about their impact on your business.
Be sure to select the "Specifications" tab to the left. This is a tool for your use to insure that quotations you receive are for the same sign!
Some companies use plastic, Dibond, PolyMetal, and other ACM-type products for their letter-backs. Your Texas sign gets heated! Dibond, PolyMetal, and other ACM Sheets (Aluminum Composite Materials) which sandwich polyethylene between two thin sheets of aluminum are especially subject to warping.
Plastics and metals expand and contract at different rates. With Dibond, PolyMetal and other ACM-type sheets used outdoors, because they are made of two dissimilar types of materials (plastic and aluminium) they warp with temperature, hot and cold. They are not designed for this application, but some sign companies manufacture outdoor channel letters using them.
They shouldn't.
An available option is an Infinity Edge- Channel Letter sign.
Infinity Edge- Channel Letters are the most attractive, and the most expensive, channel letters made. Infinity Edge- premium storefront lighted-letter signs are an investment in image. Are they the right product for your business?
These signs look equally stupendous both day and night; attracting more attention, creating more business.
Their daytime appearance is very upscale, especially when compared to the traditional metal-sided, plastic-faced, lighting storefront -channel- lettering that most retail businesses now have. At night they are an absolute attention-gathering phenom.
Our testing confirms that businesses adorned with Infinity Edge- premium lighted storefront letters are perceived as more professional and successful than businesses with traditional storefront signage. Therefore, these businesses WILL be more successful. Success breeds success.
These custom-made letters are not thin, interior-sized letters. They are usually 5"thick, the same as our standard channel letters! (We also make thinner, smaller, interior-sized letters, our Diamondcast- letters.)
The letters light 100%, front and sides. They are absolutely unique.
The front, sides and backing of the letters are acrylic, with all the pieces chemically welded together in the same fashion as an aquarium. It-s structurally awesome!
The acrylic can be any standard color of the Evonik Cyro Acrylite- impact-modified acrylic sheet we use. We can enhance the color on the front of the letters with translucent or opaque 3M- vinyl graphics as well, to dramatically broaden your color choices. We can also add a day/night color-change, or digitally printed graphics.
A Jewelite™ trim ring is bonded to the bottom edge of the returns to provide a crisp, clean look when installed - the same concept we apply with a Diamondcast- letter, only much larger.
The letter is a sealed unit with our famous SolarBrite- outdoor-rated LEDs built specifically for this application providing illumination. Their brightness and longevity are unmatched.
We use our unique Solarguard- and Lumabrite- protection on the entire letter because we know the letter will then last virtually forever, and remain looking new.
You can view Infinity Edge- channel-letters up-close in our Showroom.
Read about how to use our Knowledge Tree- (below, and tabs in the left column) to learn more about how and why we manufacture our signs the way we do.
WHOLESALE TO THE PUBLIC! Signs Manufacturing™ guarantees that our price will be the lowest price you can obtain on the product(s) described in this website; now or anytime during the next 90 days.
If you are offered a lower price by someone else we will match that lower price PLUS give you 10% of the difference.
Individual, lighted, “Channel Letters” are the storefront sign that identifies most retail businesses.
Your sign is your voice on the street. It’s a primary means of communicating with customers. It attracts them, draws them through your doors, and encourages them to buy your products and services.
Your sign IS THE IMAGE of your business, at the very least it is the first impression that gets potential customers to come in the door. And if you advertise, or create a webpage or Facebook presence, you will feature your sign.
What image do you want potential customers to have? The quality of your sign should match the quality of your business to give potential customers the right first impression. Cheap, or professional? Basic, or interesting? Shoestring, or successful? Neglected, or attentive? Your sign conveys all of these messages, and more, to your potential customer BEFORE they become a customer.
Make sure you are marketing your business properly. The sign, if it's a quality sign, will be the only thing that sells for you 24/7 without any ongoing expense, or work, from you!
“A sign can make or break your business. Size, design and wording can be the deciding factor as to whether a new customer walks through the door or keeps driving to your competitor, according to a survey by FedEx Office®.”
Almost 8 of 10 shoppers (76%) percent said they would enter a store they’ve never been in before based solely on its sign, while nearly 7 of 10 (68%) have actually purchased because a sign caught their attention.
While signs draw in customers from the street, they can also be good word-of-mouth marketing tools; 75% of those polled said they’ve told someone about a business simply based on its signage.
Again, 7 of 10 respondents (68%) said they believe a store’s sign is reflective of the quality of products or services that the business offers and 52% said they are less willing to enter a business with poorly made signs.
If you think a sign isn’t worth your investment, think again — 6 in 10 consumers won’t enter a business with no signage. Alicia Ciccone, Huffington Post
Of course the best, and cheapest, form of advertising is word-of-mouth. Consumers main reason for giving word-of-mouth mention is self-enhancement. (Mitchell J. Lovett, et.al. Journal of Marketing Research.) Remember that FedEx (above) found that 75% of consumers give word-of-mouth mention based solely on signage. Consumers MUST be impressed with your sign.
Signage is the most targeted advertising you can do according to the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA), which also states that 85% of a business’s sales usually come from within a 5 mile radius. Your sign constantly advertises your business to a potential customer who frequents the area where your business is located.
With 18.6% of the entire US population moving each year, your sign will be constantly seen by MANY potentially new customers.
“The average business gets over 50% of their sales just from their signage.” - Small Business Association
If a sign costs you money it is not doing its job. It should effectively advertise your company and earn you money.
“…research from the University of California at Berkeley found that 68% of purchases were unplanned during major shopping trips and 54% on smaller shopping trips. To take advantage…your business will need an effective sign to attract attention.” The NewYork State Small Business Development Center
Good signs incorporate design and marketing decisions creating the message, look, colors, sign types, sizes, quantities, etc. to create the required impact. Again quoting Small Business Administration research, 89% of businesses that fail do so because of improper signage!
AT&T gave this advice to Yellow Pages customers, "If business is slow, what does your sign look like?
"We can help, so long as your landlord and the City understand the importance of good signage and allow you to install signs that will help your business. Unfortunately this isn't always true. Choose your location(s) wisely (and receive your landlord's approval of your signage package BEFORE you sign your lease.)
“To make your business stand out, be prepared to spend on your signage.” Steve Strauss, USA TODAY
-Main identification signs for businesses, attractively designed and made so as to draw attention, don-t cost a penny. So long as they remain in good repair they earn you money. Anyone not recognizing this should not start a business.- Small Business Administration
The importance of signage in helping a business to survive was recently underscored when the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), with their NxLeveL for Entrepreneurs training program, which is available in 40 states, added an entire week to their program to present more deeply “…the importance of signs and their impact on a business…”
I've never once had a customer tell me, "I'm so glad I bought that cheap sign, it really helped my business!" - Bill Watson
If you want to be successful, look successful!
We will work with you to design your perfect sign.
No matter what types of signs you are interested in, our sales team, consisting of 11 highly-trained individuals, is at your beck and call.
Let us meet with you in your office, or at your new signs location, or home, or anywhere.
You will probably have a firm quotation, not a non-binding "estimate" like most competitors provide, for what you want during our meeting; certainly no more than a day later.
Our Showroom is open and sanitized so you can safely review the different options available for your new signage.
Also, we have many options to help design your new look, from collaborating remotely (from your own home bridged to our design team) to designing with you in our Projection Room, which is large enough to maintain Social Distancing.
It is difficult to picture what a sign is going to look like. What do you picture when we say "triple-layer multi-colored lighting with a textured backplate?"
Our showroom is designed to solve that problem. Most people are visual ... they need to see something firsthand to understand what it is and whether it has value to them. Seeing is believing!
Don't buy your sign from a drawing, a slick website, or photo-shopped pictures,
when you can actually see and side-by-side compare Real signs and designs.
Are you a "visual" person? Is seeing believing?
Unique in the entire sign industry, Signs Manufacturing™ built an 85’ by 50’ (over 4,000 sq ft) indoor sign lighting laboratory for testing the longevity, visibility, and effectiveness of all the lighted signs we manufacture. The Laboratory is open to the public, for FREE.
Don't buy your sign from a drawing, a slick website, or photo-shopped pictures, when you can actually see and side-by-side compare Real signs and designs.
Thousands of visitors have learned about sign design, materials, construction, lighting; and their effect on a business.
We invite you to also observe all other types of signage, viewing them up close as well as from a distance, under varying light conditions (and stay out of the weather while doing so!)
How can lighting make your signs more attractive during the day, and how much additional electricity will they use? Will your Sodium Vapor or Metal Halide parking lot lights affect the colors of your sign at night? Should you consider PinLights™, LetterLites™, SpectraLites™, or Trembler™ signs? Brighter Signs™ neon or SolarBrite™ LED lighting for channel letter signs? How will shadows affect my sign's readability during the day? Should the wall behind my sign be light or dark colored? Would a different type of sign look better on my brick wall? Should I consider a routed sign face with push-through letters?
How will shadows affect my sign's readability during the day? Should the wall behind my sign be light or dark colored? Would a different type of sign look better on my brick wall? Should I consider a routed sign face with push-through letters?
Don't buy your sign from a drawing, a slick website, or photo-shopped pictures, when you can actually see and side-by-side compare Real signs and designs.
No one else can offer you this unique opportunity. Be sure to take advantage.
Your business will be better because you do.
If you don't visit it could cost you thousands in sales every year.
Can you afford not to?
"I almost made a huge mistake by not listening to you and visiting your showroom prior to buying my sign. I thought I knew what I wanted, after listening to so many salespeople...boy, was I wrong. My vision of the sign did not jibe with what it would really turn out to be, even after viewing so many drawings. It was obvious the moment I entered the showroom. If I had stuck to my guns my sign would have been a disaster. I would have wasted a lot of money."
Cecil Drake, Drake Communications
Sometimes it really pays to shop.
As an additional enticement to coax you into our showroom, and also smooth our manufacturing flow, we periodically have limited Specials only available "in-store;" even unannounced to our sales team.
They are based on opportunities in our production scheduling. If we tell our salespeople in advance they collectively sell too many, causing other problems!
Specials are always for a specific type of custom-built sign with a large variety of available options, but a very limited quantity, and first-come-first-served.
As detailed below, and on the pages that follow, everything will be done to make your sign look better, and last longer...Guaranteed.
Signs Manufacturing™ sign company also guarantees that our price will be the lowest price you can obtain on the products described in this website; now or anytime during the next 90 days.

"Look at that sign, it's like made out of plastic!" - Jon Taffer, Host of Bar Rescue
"If they put that little effort into their sign, I'd hate to see what they put in their food." - Nick Liberato, Celebrity Chef and Owner/Operator of Calidelphia Catering
"...but look at that sign, it only faces one way! They're turning their back on 13,000 cars every day!" - Jon Taffer, Host of Bar Rescue
Why not buy from a Sign Dealer (also called a Sign Broker, Car Wrap company or a Sign Store?)
Would you give a car dealer $10,000 and tell him to buy you the best car he can for the money, sight unseen (or from a drawing?) Don’t you think you would get the car that made him the most?
Do you think you could meet your needs asking for the cheapest car he can buy?
Why would a sign dealer (Car Wrap company or sign store) be any different? Remember, they are merely buying a sign from a manufacturer to resell to you, usually to resemble a drawing, making the most money they can.
You need to know ALL of the details on how your sign will be manufactured, and how it will be installed. It needs to meet YOUR needs, not the seller’s profit goals. What is he telling the manufacturer you don't need?
Believing “...a sign is a sign” gets you a Yugo instead of a Cadillac. Remember the Yugo? They didn’t last very long, either.
Also, most sign dealers, Car Wrap companies and sign stores cannot legally install or service an electric sign. Ask to see their license.
Ask to see a manufacturer's license also. A few are not licensed to do electrical work, either, they also have to hire other companies to install the signs they make.
Now, who provides the warranty? The manufacturer, the installer, the salesman, anyone? If the sign was installed illegally do you think they'll honor their warranty? Did they REALLY obtain your City sign permit? Is the sign even safe?
As a large, both UL and ETL listed manufacturer, our name is on all our signs. Just like you, we can't afford to have a bad sign destroy our business. We have to care. Particularly with our 5 Year $0 Cost Warranty and Lifetime Guarantees.
The State of Texas does NOT allow the installation on non-Listed electrical signs, and a Texas Sign Contractors License (TSCL) is not evidence of an OSHA approved Listing for electrical signs. Additional approvals are required.
Virtually ALL cities, as well as the State of Texas, adopt the National Electric Code as law.
The National Electric Code (NEC) requires that for electrical, structural, and installation safety all electrical signs be "Listed" (tested and labelled with an appropriate Listing Mark.)
Certification (testing and labeling) organizations acceptable in the USA to test to the multitude of Standards signs are required to meet are determined by OSHA.
For you the Listing Mark is insurance. It means that the sign has been tested to insure that it is structurally and electrically safe, and will be installed properly. You benefit from the knowledge that it is not solely us telling you that our signs are safe, this is what the testing laboratories and the US Government says also.
Will your sign be tested and approved for safe use in a Wet (Outdoor) location? Not if it-s not Listed!
If the sign you are purchasing does not have a ETL or UL Listing Mark label the sign is probably not legal to install, anywhere in Texas. There are a few local city ordinance exceptions.
Buy carefully.
For more detailed information on "listing and labeling" click on the "Labeled and Listed" tab in the Knowledge Tree™ tab in the left column.

Your sign forms that very important "first impression" your potential customer has of your business. Your sign must always look nearly as good as it looked the day it was installed so that you don't give potential customers a worsening impression of your business as your sign ages.
An example of our dedication to helping our customers succeed is this website. It IS the definitive source on signage information, ranked by Alexa® in the top 0.05% of ALL websites in the world, the top 0.01% in the USA!
We call our website The Knowledge Tree™. Online since 1997, this website is full of information regarding signs. Our database to create it requires over 8,000 pages; more information than some "encyclopedias."
The Knowledge Tree™ tells you how we manufacture our signage, and why.
Knowledge Tree™ links are on the left side of every page. For instance, click our "Types of Signs" button, then pick any of our products, and explore that page's tabs and discover how we make each sign to last; including the use of CNC manufacturing, rust-proof metal, structural-steel frames, high-end automotive paint, high-impact plastics, and most importantly, sophisticated protective coatings.
Please use and enjoy this 550+ page website with over 3,000 images, the largest information resource about signs on the internet, created so you can learn about all types of signs and how you can control their affect on your image and business. Consider "bookmarking" our site as a "favorite" for easier reference later.
We believe that if you're a knowledgeable purchaser there's a real good chance you'll become our customer.
There are $50,000 boats and there are $400 boats. Technically both are boats, but don't expect that $400 boat to keep your business afloat. The devil is in the details.
If a company goes to the cost and effort of adding value to their product (types and amount of lighting, paints, protective coatings, etc.), they're going to talk about it. Pay attention to what they aren't telling you.
Our websites, literature and proposals describe in detail what we are quoting, and why we are doing it.
Nobody ever includes quality and features in their products that are not described in their literature and quotations.
Have you had a different experience?
Consider how important a quality sign, being the first thing your customers see of your organization, is to your success.
Buyer Beware! Nothing hurts a business more than bad signage.
